This was our ‘internal’ test to sample the quality of the food and service, as this would influence our decision regarding using them for the funeral. There wasn’t an empty plate in the house at the end of the evening. The food was excellent. As with funerals, you can get caught up in the grief of the day, meeting long lost relatives and just going through the motions, and the last thing you need is complications with the catering.
